The above link will take you to a forum that has the TVU and Sopcast codes.
you need to download either the Sopcast Media Player or the TVU Media player. They are both free and can be found with a quick Google search. Then, you copy and paste the codes into your browser, hit enter, and it will automatically open the stream in the appropriate Media player.
