I've seen used diffs go for under $500...just keep an eye out. You'll also need axles and hubs which dont cost that much. I have axles i'lll sell ya cheap. Not sure which driveshaft you have to use, but i can send you one of those too. I wont spend $2000 + the cost of the gear swap...unless you buy everything from a dealer.
