All I'm going to say, GM is always good for HP numbers and we won't know for sure until someone gets it on a dynomometer. I'm guessing it makes peak HP closer to 6000rmp. It's hard to figure out RPM at max HP without knowing what the torque curve is. But a guess it will be making well under peak torque at peak HP, and Peak HP usually comes at a lot higher than 1600rpm below the redline. Lets say since it's similar in design to the vettes ls3 give it max HP at 5900 rpm that requires 375.6 lbft of torque.
