Air pressure in manual trans

I noticed every time I check the trans fluid level in my trans, there always seems to be pressure when I take off the fill plug.
From what I understand, every manual trans I worked on had some kind of vent (definetly on automatics). Question is does the Tremic T6060 have a vent? And where would this pressure come from even when the trans is cold? I know heat will definetley raise the temperature (one of the main reasons for the vent), but I cant see why it would have a check valve (which I doubt it has) to hold the pressure.
Does anyone know anything about this or can let me know if you noticed this?
I'm thinking a clogged vent, the car was in the dealer for a broken slave cylinder and the flywheel, clutch, pressure plate and slave cylinder was replaced, but this was a while a go. Any help would be much appreciated.
