Well to be honest this is going to happen. Whether it is a dealer or a individual. I can guarantee that there are pre-order from individuals that are buying the car just to resell it marked up.
This happens with everything. Supply vs demand.
just like Xbox's, PS3's , and IPhones.
I have pre-ordered and locked in at MSRP. So its just the waiting game for me.
Even if GM isolated all cars to preorders with a names and address you would still see them on ebay. I am not saying it is right, its just what is reality.
