It would be nice if someone would post step-by-step pics. I'm a bit nervous to take these off. From the pictures I've seen, I don't see any "flaps" that are supposed to come undone. It looks like they are sewn up tight and I'd ruin them to take them apart. I'm sure it can be done. Lots of people have done it.
One more thing...
Before I go and order new headrests to have embroidered... do any of you with 2LT cars want to sell your headrests? I know some folks bought new ones to have embroidered, so I thought there may be folks who want to sell their stock headrests. I need a pair of plain black leather headrests to have embroidered. If not, I'll just order some from gmpartsdirect.com. I have an SS, so I can't have my stock headrests embroidered as they have the blah SS logos on them already.
