Not sure how they handle that. I suppose if they flash it back to stock and all of the stock parts are on it, they can certify it. I have never taken the car in for service of any kind since the first week I had it ( I built this car and do all of it's service), so there are no records of it being modified. Not real worried about it at this point, as I'm keeping the car. Just to costly to turn back now.
