You know, I shipped an 12x18 print, packed in a heavy duty 16x24 FLAT carton to a guy the other day and he called me to let me know these guys BENT the FLAT PARCEL in thirds and ruined the prints and photos.
And you wonder why they are 8 BILLION in debt.
