I wanna buy it but I'm still having second thoughts...

1. cutting my hood
2. water deflector
-when you're driving at least 40mph, the wind that's coming from the front grille
(upper/lower) can contribute to the direction of the water flow that's getting off the
deflector - if it's raining hard. That being said, there might be a chance that those
water will go to the engine bay and some electronic stuff. This is just my assumption.
Any thoughts?
3. I'm thinking about the future problems that may arise from cutting the hood...like
corrosion and stability (maybe after 5 yrs?). We can paint the area to protect it and put something on top
of it for extra precaution but those are only temporary solutions. What do you guys
think?

If I get enlightened then I will purchase this product...for now, I still need your opinion especially from ACS.
