you can push the pin out and remove the paddles, putting back was a bit of a pain, the area to work is kinda small and I used a small needle nose to put it in....

on a scale of 1-10 with 10 the hardest, I would say its a 2.5 just because its a bit of a small area to work in. having an extra hand to hold it in place while you insert the pin would make it loads easier.
