Anything's possible I guess... but seems a bit strange to me. Ask for the names of the dealers and then google it to check the distances if you're worried about it. The dealers to trade between themselves, but usually if they're a ways apart they trailer the cars between.
Oh and..... 6kms on mine. I have the pictures to prove it. IOM w/ black stripes... but that was back when those stripes were dealer installed. So no driving to Whitby for stripes install before delivery for mine.
