In the models with Halos, the lights in the space intended for fog lights are running lights. Like I said, comrads on C5 claim you can get better quality halos aftermarket. I don't know first hand but intend to find out at some point (when I get to that point in my mods proirity list). And No, the 1LT does not have Halos.
