Not keeping it stock, if I wanted to squeeze that last 3 horsepower out of my ride at that expense I would. Not worth it though.
Do what you want, there are drawbacks to it. The last thing I want to do is start adding more horsepower and then on top it reduce the efficiency of cooling and charging.
