No....no need to bleed your lines unless you drain out all of your brake fluid. That's only optional if you wanted to change your fluid to a better brake fluid or something.
I didn't change my brake fluid or anything. Just took the hose off the mastercylinder, plugged it and then put the hose on the resivoir.
