My panels are currently off being painted IBM locally (Clean Cut Creations in Missouri) but they told me they do lots of out of town work as well. You can check them out at cleancutcreations.com. They have a page specifically for gen 5s here and if you click "Paint to Match FAQs" on the right you can see pricing for the trim pieces, though you should call to make sure they are still current (when I took mine in a few weeks ago they were).

I'm hoping to get my panels back in the next week or so and will definitely be posting pictures if you want to see how it looks before dropping the cash on it, but I will say I saw some previously done panels in SIM when I was there and they looked nice.
