My salesman is very impressed with the amount of knowledge I walked into the dealership with..I brought him the ordering workbook when I went in and I gave it to them since I didn't need it anymore..He called me two weeks later to tell me that they got that workbook about a week after I gave it to them for "training" LOL Needless to say..Some dealers arn't up to snuff on everything so I would definitely draw on the knowledge on this site when you have any questions..
