I did something similar in a 3000GT I used to own. I was younger back then, and the stereo was high on the priority list. Replaced the back seat lowers with a shelf I made myself out of plywood and dropped 2 12" subs back there. The whole thing was covered in faux leather, black with a strip of red leather for accent. Do you really "need" the 3 10"ers? I kept the rear folding seat backs stock so I could still fold them down. I mounted the amp to the back of the LH rear seat. That way, you could still could get long cargo into the car. As you might imagine, having 12" subs a foot from your head will give you plenty of sound. The best part was that I could pull the whole system out and cap the wires in about 20 min.
