XanthosV6, that is the same thing I have been saying. The big disappointment to me now is that NO ONE from GM has come on here to quash this rumor. Which to me, means it is 100% true.

I wish someone would prove me wrong. I would love to be proven wrong on this one.

I have located a CGM vette for $5k under msrp I am really thinking about getting instead of the camaro. That way I can get the camaro in 3-4 years with everything on it. All this uncertainty has taken the fun out of owning one of the first camaro's. If it is a watered down version of what's to come what's the big deal in owning one. I won't pay up for the watered down version.
