Thanks man. If the scratch is rusting, then it is through the clear coat, paint and into the primer or worst yet, the metal. That will require professional intervention. You could fix it yourself but it takes a lot of practice and the kit is expensive as hell. Here's a video that explains it.

ooo that doesnt look like a garage job for me haha. my camaro has 3 little scratches that are showing some gray, primer i believe.
maybe ill just test out my scratch removing abilities on my crappy little honda that someone already showed no love to. poor thing is riddled with scars
