It's easy to do, just time consuming. If it is your first time doing this, allocate at least 3-4 hours, if you have a buddy and both of you are mechanically capable you could do it a little quicker.

Besides the typical tools, you will also need a O2 sensor wrench (sorry don't know the actual name of it), a torch, a can of PB Blaster (or some other spray that help break loose bolts because getting the O2 sensors out of the factory cat's are a royal pain), and some anti-seize for when you reinstall the sensors.
