I told them to keep the car. I'd be buying somewhere else!

Question: I have had no other dealer mention anything about a low availibility charge, and this dealership has 22 Camaros on their lot. Is that a bogus charge and jsut their way of getting making me think I'm getting the grad discount, but not really?
