Yup....the V6 is not to be underestimated. I still love beating on my CTS in traffic and not caring about gas milage since its so good and uses regualar gas anyway. And with the newer direct injected V6 motor I can't imagine how much fun the Camaro would be to drive. I've left some nice black tire marks behind me with the CTS in certain locations and would look forward to doing that with the Camaro too.
But I'm a horsepower junkie and don't need to drive back and forth to work anymore (retired). If I were still working I'd probably opt for the V6 auto trans and be perfectly happy. So...SS/RS manual it will be. But I can assure you the buyers of the V6 will not be disappointed.
