Did the Hurst short throw w/aluminum knob ( sorry SSOOCH, your's looked so good we had to copy ! ), reused the factory boot. Yes, it rattles, but the shifter is so tight and precise who cares ! This thing just clicks into place ! IT ROCKS !!!
As for the rattle.... it is a muscle car, not a Rolls. Besides, it only rattles when you take your foot off the gas. ; )
