My heat/air won't change vents. It's stuck on the defrost vents. I push the buttons on the console to make it come out the dash or the floor, and the lights come on, but the air flow doesn't change. Were you able to get this concern taken care of? I would definitely get a diagnosis at a dealership if you need to.
