These pre-orders do a TON to help us out. First, they help us with our total order numbers when we go to the printer. We did this last year and it helped tremendously. Secondly, it helped move a lot of people in and out. Not having to break out the credit card on site when you have a line of people ahead of you (and behind you) seriously cut down on wait times. We'll have your pre-paid items bagged and ready to go. Walk in with your pre-order confirmation and voila....out you can go with your bagged goodies!
FYI, of all the sales last year, only about 30% were pre-orders. We'd sure love to see that go up a tad this year.
