Good question. I don't think you can. But, I think GM needs to offer the option as separate. I know some folks down here in the south might not want the option...and would save a couple bucks in passing up the order (NOT ME!!! I LOVE HEATED SEATS! and, i use them often...just to make my back feel better).
Maybe you could look into buying them off of someone from the south who would not use them and want to save a few dollars? Or, look around at those wrecked Camaros for their seats? I think it would get pretty expensive buying an entire seat from GM aftermarkets parts...especially two of them. Then, you'd have cloth in the back and leather up front.
