Although it will dry the entire car I would not use it for that reason. I use it strictly to get in seams and sections that a towel cannot reach, especially around the tail light bezels, side markers, hood, trunk etc.
It has way more power than I need.
The cord I believe is 12 feet, you will definatly need a extension cord.
A leaf blower works great as well, it is all a matter of preference I believe.
