If I can do it, is it hard? - nope won't be hard. Very easy since you just have to jack up the wheel then use the supplied wrenches and twist and repeat on all four corners. Dependany on the type of COs might have to take a bolt off the lca to twist it.

And would I need to realign? - nope (less you drastically change it)
