Yeah, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Hasn't the Camaro been one of the highest selling vehicles amongst its peers for the past couple of years? Why change that?
It reminds me of when the NBA decided to change the basketball that one season for like half of the year, for no reason at all. Every star complained relentlessly and it was eventually switched back. There was just no reason to change something that was already perfect.
