John, I just looked at mine with 305/45R18 MTs on the rear and it looks just as high as yours. My tires are about wore out, but as best I could measure about 2-1/2" to 2-3/4" from wheel well to tire. I have not removed any sprung weight from my car, but gas tank is only about at 1/4.
