Sucess finally!!!!!!!
After loosening, and retorquing nearly every bolt in the suspension and sub frame and after removing all end links and Peddlers radius arm bushings, I finally found the problem and am so relieived. It was driving me nuts.
Turns out, it was my GMS Chassis Brace had loosened up since the install. Aparently the frame does have a lot of flex in it and everytime I gave it gas or hit the brakes, the flex caused the metal on metal pieces to make noise. I tightened it all up, put the end links back on and all is nice an quiet now.
The proven wicked end links are fine, but I did remove the Custom washer on them and left one nut loose so it can float/ move with the suspension. With both ends tight, the rear ones always turned in a position that looked like they were binding.
