Its really not that hard, just did it last night.

Put wheel chocks on the front wheels, you don't want the car rolling forward.

Need to jack up the rear high enough to disconnect and remove the exhaust - once its jacked up support the car with jack stands - you'll need your jack later.

Remove the tunnel brace (I believe its a 15mm socket).

Disconnect and remove the catback portion - easy to get it off the hangers, just spray wd-40 on them

Then, remove your wheels and undo the axle nuts (32mm socket).

Next, unbolt the upper control arm (18mm socket and wrench), toe link (18mm socket), brake fluid bracket (10mm socket), wheel sensor (10mm socket).

Pull the top of the spindle outward and give the end of the axle a few taps with a hammer to unseat it from the splines. You'll have to work with it a little to get the axle out of the spindle but once its out you're on to getting it out of the differential.

To get it out of the diff, just make sure you pull straight and give a few outward tugs to the axle..it should pop right out.

Next, unbolt the driveshaft coupler from the differential input shaft (18mm socket) and pull the driveshaft away from the diff, you can let it hang freely.

Finally, support the diff with a jack and unbolt the 3 bolts holding the diff in (18mm socket and wrench) - you may need to move the heat shield to get room, if so there are 4 10mm nuts holding it on, just slide the heat shield forward a bit to gain access.

That's all there is to it! Hope this helps...also, although this video is doing a lot more than what you are doing, it does allow you to see the things that need to be removed:
