I want to put on a set of Kook Headers and a different exhaust system. I think I am going to wait for a year before I do the headers(don't want the warranty issue now), but put the exhaust on this summer so it sounds a little nicer. I love the sound of the Borla S-type, but I did ride in one and it did have a little drone. I am kind of leaning to the Corsa because I understand they do not have ANY drone. I have the L99 and am worried if the AFM will cause more drone.
Well I was going to decide later this year, but I see that GMPartsDirect.com has a sale on the MBRP exhaust S7026409 which is 304 stainless and it has the polished rectangle tips that will fit perfect in the ground effects that I am putting on when I get the car out. Does anyone have this system on a L99 and if you do is there any drone? The sale ends Friday and there is free shipping, so if anyone has more info on this exhaust please let me know.
