The picture is of the actual pace car so I doubt its a photoshop, since I doubt it will have the sharkfin. The picture is taken with the pace car strobe lights on (look at the drivers side turn signal which is glowing white). The lens is open long enough on the camera to capture the lights flashing in the fog lights.
I wonder if they will have any unique amber strobes in the rear or will just go with the amber "brake lights" as they have on the current Camaro pace cars.
