Another very reputable NJ tuner is Cartek, although they are a tad more expensive. They have an excellent rep though.

UPDATE: Not sure if I'd take my car to Cartek anymore. I used to think Dave was a stand up guy, but with some snoopin around I found a few negative things:

Carmen at Vette Doctors still has my recommendation, as well as Matt TTPerformance (who I have worked with in the past as well)
Although I have no experience with Tune Time, its nice that they contribute to this board and I'm sure their work is top notch as well.
