Paperwork and permits!!! We had to go throught the proper channels to get this done. That's also the reason for the small turnout I know we could have got closer to 50 cars if we had more time to plan, but we didn't get the paper work all signed till Tuesday. Then it was a mad dash to call everyone and let them know it was on!!!
