Military license plates? It's actually a form that you can print off of the TxDOT website. Take it and a copy of your DD-214 to the courthouse. There's no actual charge for the LPs, but they will reset your month of expiration to the current and charge you a pro-rated amount for registration. The plates take 4-6 weeks to arrive from Austin.
