Loud Mouth is just a muffler delete with some nice tips. Loud Mouth II is a really great flow through muffler with the nice tips. For $150 your getting the sweet mufflers.
If you like the way the LM sounds, you can save your self some $ and just take your car to an exhaust shop and have them cut out your mufflers and reuse the stock tips.
I have the LM II and they sound awesome.
