Exactly the reason you need projectors. They are crazy bright because they are right in everyones eyes. If you cant afford projectors you cant afford HIDs. If you didnt do all the other lighting stuff you could have afforded 150 for projectors.

I dont need projectors at all my HIDs ( which I can afford because I bought them) are perfect with the tints. My lighting mods cost 100$ shipped come out to a meet and see for yourself im in NY also.
to each thier own, but im pretty happy with the way the mods went.
PS: my lights arent blinding with the tints
