sebicorv, here, in spain, the "plate" tax (co2) has to be paid when you get a spanish plates, the car has eeuu plates or dont have, and you have to get new ones here and pay this tax. (i dont know in france)
kingkitse, i heard about tail yellow lights are required, only heard not sure, i have to talk with an engineer this weeekend about this. And i dont know if there is any problem with HID, sorry
