No, they are a 2 layer vinyl.
1st Layer is Dark Grey Metallic Vinyl
2nd Layer is High Gloss Clear Vinyl
The 2nd layer provides UVA & UVB protection as well as that High Gloss look to make it seem as if it was painted.
