Not that I'm saying I approve of people going out of there way to call people fat, I have overweight friends too. But what I quoted above is an excuse and is part of the problem.
My GF
hates the "I gave birth to children so I can't stay in shape" nonsense. She works in the fitness field, has had 3 children, and is 20 years older than me.... and she looks better than pretty much all the women that are my age.
Too many excuses these days.
Everyone has the ability to get healthier, eat smarter, and exercise in some shape or form. Excuses are getting too rediculous.
