The pressure is all on him this year. They've given him the equipment, changed his staff multiple times, and he's still terrible.

I agree, but don't forget Jr. has won 18 career Sprint Cup Races and won 2 Nationwide Series Championships, so it's not like the guy can't drive
Many drivers go thru bad times. Just look at Harvick in 2008 and 2009. He wan't very good either but he had a great bounce back year in 2010.
