The Kenny Bell is a different type of supercharger than the TVS. I would do some research and see which type works best for you. I know alot of the mustang guys swear by kenny bell but a TON of respected builders have been using the Magnacharger or TVS on the Camaros, so that type must have something to offer over the KB. As for the power, headers+cam+intake+cat-back+ tune might leave you a little under the 500hp mark. I'd guess it depends on the cam and how aggressive it is.
Or just decide between an amazing KB whine or cam thumping awesomeness.
