They aren't sealed, there are vent holes. When there is a dramatic temperature/weather change, there can be a little condensation. It should be minimal and go away after awhile. If not, visit the dealer.

I had the same concern when I bought mine at the end of December. It has dried up nicely, except when it's awful out (like today.)
