my shifter still feels a little notchy sometimes, that hasn't changed. Its the clutch engagement that feels different. Smoother, no engine brake effect. I'm 3 days into the cat install, and it still feels awesome. I shift at 2500 to 3k on 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. Even friends that I let drive it before commented on how rough it was when you let the clutch out. After 17,500 miles in 9 months, I was never able to find that consistent "sweet spot". Sometimes it was at 2500, sometimes 3200. Now it's not an issue. I'd love an explanation, it has to be something to do with the rpm's when you let off the gas.
