Also... we would like to
apologize to our friends in Canada and Mexico...:( but due to "GM Export Rules" we cannot title the car to a non-resident of the United States. This car is Brand New and untitled.
GM Export Policy: Article 5.2.1 of the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement authorizes dealers to sell General Motors vehicles only to customers located in the United States. Dealers are expressly prohibited from selling new motor vehicles for resale or principle use outside the United States. Sales to Canada and Mexico are considered export sales.
