Ruby is right you can add some oatmeal to it and a healthy fat. You can use flax seed (ground) or even a small amount of nuts. The oatmeal and fat will fight off hunger for a while and should be included in a healthy diet. Just make sure you watch the calories in the fats and fit them into the overall meal planning.
