There's tons of information on E85 available. You not knowing much about it is because you haven't looked. Not counting the fact that your car isn't setup for running it, it's actually more expensive to run it on a DD. While it may be cheaper by the gallon, you have to physically use more of it equal what you get from gas, hense less MPG's. If it truly is 60cents cheaper around you, you might break even. Around here, the difference is quite a bit less.
