Quarter panel window replacement?

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately I have become a victim of car vandalism. Long story short I came outside to go to work and saw that both driver side windows had been vandalized and broken.

My question is, I see a replacement quarter panel window on eBay, and was wondering if it's easy to replace or is it a job that window replacement businesses must do?

Here is the link, they sale the whole assembly.

THANKS

They broke the windows and rummaged through my things. Took my laptop that was in my back seat and that was it. Nothing else valuable was in the car.

I honestly believe they were trying to get my wheels. Multiple houses in the area have been vandalized and tires and wheels taken. Luckily I keep my gorilla lug not key in my tool shed in garage.

Thats a relief that they did nothing else...

Do you have comprehensive insurance? If you do they will cover it although you have to pay your deductible. Or are you thinking of fixing it out of pocket?

You ever have anything good to say, go back to your cardboard box.

I was wanting to pay out of pocket, my deductible is quiet high and honestly it would not take that much to fix Windows. Quotes I have is 150 for the driver window and $145 for the quarter.

I just figured that I could do the quarter panel replacement since i didn't have to take apart door panel and such

Not concerned about laptop as it was a work laptop and that is getting replaced. But other than that nothing else of value inside.

Does anyone have the repair PDF for our vehicle. Or instructions to repairs?

Have you checked with your insurance? Mine has no deductible for vandalism and my insurance didn't go up from the claim either.
